Green Smoothie RecipePut the following in the blender, blend well and then drink:
- 1 banana
- 2 apples
- a good bowl of greens such as spinach, carrot tops, kale, or whatever you have
- probiotic powder
- 2 cups of water
it tastes pretty good and is very filling and cleanses the body.
