Sounds great, good luck with it. Don't forget to drink lot of filtered water and a probiotic may help.

Here's a new breakfast I have been trying that you might be interested in:

Green Smoothie Recipe

Put the following in the blender, blend well and then drink:
  • 1 banana
  • 2 apples
  • a good bowl of greens such as spinach, carrot tops, kale, or whatever you have
  • probiotic powder
  • 2 cups of water

it tastes pretty good and is very filling and cleanses the body.

Sure you could change the fruits around and add some raw organic seeds and nuts. If you add proteins such as seeds and nuts, it is good to use citrus fruits as they help with the digestion. Also avoid sweet fruits like bananas if you add proteins like nuts and seeds.

How about this one:

Supergreen Protein Smoothie
  • a bowl of fresh greens such as spinach, kale, carrot tops
  • 2 oranges or 1 lemon
  • half a cup of raw seeds or nuts or 2 tablespoons of soymilk powder
  • cup of pure filtered water
  • tablespoon of a good supergeens mix, see below

That's a pretty complete meal, would do for dinner. And lunch you could have brown rice with veggies and some nice sauce. Check out our vegan recipes section here:

If you don't have soymilk powder or nuts you could skip both and add a cup of soymilk instead of water.

A good supergreens mix:
