Hi
Just wandering if anyone can advice what I should do re cleansing whilst pregnant and breastfeeding?
I truly need to do something! I am pregnant with my fifth child and am feeling very drained. All my blood levels are normal so aren't lacking anything in this area.
I feel crap especially after drinking tea with milk and sugar. as well as meat.
Should I just eliminate dairy, meat, sugar out of my diet. As I know I can't do a cleanse dut to the toxins that would be dumped into my blood stream.
If anybody can advice, that would be great.
I was thinking of taking psyllium husk, drink with the Huh liqued clay? Is that OK?
Hope someone can help.
Kind Regards
Tam

Hi Tam

I would definitely cut out all things from your diet that you know are no good such as meat, sugar and dairy. You can substitute meat with tofu, beans, nuts and legumes. Dairy is also not good.

Doing a full cleanse while pregnant  is definitely not advised, but changing your diet to a vegetarian one would be great.

As for the psyllium and bentonite drink, you could try it and see, as long as you can keep regular. Just don't put too much clay. But yes I would avoid any strong cleansing herbs.
