When cleansing and detoxing, the amount of effort and change you put in, generally matches the result. Programs that do not promote any change of diet, or a minimal change, do not really follow our experiences and recommendations for improving ones health. Our experience is that a plant based diet, of at least 70% alkaline forming food is required for good health. And while detoxing it is best to only consume fresh organic juices, if the program allows.

The Bio Cleanse – Organic Detox Kit (Our Favorite Choice)

Description: One of the newest detox kits on the market. The cleanse can be performed on either the full strength program, which involves 5 days of juice fasting while taking the herbs and the Toxin Remover powder. Or the cleanse can be done over a longer period, where the person consumes the products and also solid food, although it is recommended the food consists of alkaline forming foods only. A book in included in the kit to guide people through it.

This cleanse is very effective. We have tested it ourselves, and also received reviews from a number of their customers.

Description: The Blessed Herbs Colon Cleanse is similar to the Bio Cleanse, the person can do varying degrees of cleansing, with the deepest being 5 or more days of juice fasting, while taking the herbs and shakes 5 times a day.

Description: Created by Richard Anderson. A very famous cleanse, removes mucoid plaque similar to the Bio Cleanse and Blessed Herbs Cleanse, or possibly even better due to the longer time the cleanse is performed for. The cleanse is fairly flexible in it’s strength, and you can do a “light” version of it, or a “stronger version.

The Master Cleanse

Description: The Master Cleanse is a fairly simple program, you stop eating and drink only water, lemon juice, cayenne pepper and maple syrup mixed together. Each day they recommend you drink a large amount of salty water to flush your bowels, or you may take herbal laxatives.

It consists of:
Water – To cleanse and hydrate your body, and as a carrier for the other ingredients.
Maple Syrup – For energy and also minerals.
Lemon – To break up the mucous and toxins in the body, stimulate cleansing and provide minerals and vitamins.
Cayenne Pepper – Also helps to break up mucous and stimulate the body to cleanse itself.

Description: The Dr Natura cleanse is fairly simple to perform. You take the Paranil capsules in the morning on an empty stomach, followed by the Colonix fiber drink. During the day you eat the same as usual, or they recommend to eat more fruit and vegetables. And at night you drink the Kleri tea.
